Maple Leaf
I promise not to start this post off the same as the past two! :) Actually, I’m not going to say anything like the past two entries at all. I’m at Barnes and Noble now, enjoying a nice Tall Peppermint Mocha surfing around and checking my e-mail. Yesterday, the cable company contractor came out and after confirming with dispatch, didn’t install cable as I expected. I may go ahead and call them again this week to try to talk to someone different to see if I can get the install expedited any. We’ll see.
So back to the present, I’m going to buy a housewarming card I picked out here at B&N, but I’m really not happy about doing so. It’s one of the Carol Ross cards, so it’s a plain card with a photo on the front. I could do the same thing with some of my photos if I could buy some cool/fancy card blanks that have the deckled (rough torn) edge. Of course, for future reference (and all of you who are dying to create your own cards), you can get them online at cardblanks.com. Of course, I probably could get them locally too, somewhere.
