Half-Way
Tonight was fitness boot camp class number six, which means I’m halfway through the class. It was no less difficult than any other night so far, including the first night. I’m sure my arms and shoulders will hate me tomorrow, not to mention my calves. We ran a lot. From Coffee St. down to the parking garage next to the Reedy River to be exact. Not to mention the sprints we ran at the top of the garage. How’d we get to the top, you ask? We ran. Ugh. Before that, we tortured our arms and shoulders with weight training. But I feel tons better now than I did before. I always knew exercise was a stress reliever, but it really works well!
Exercise itself is all fine and dandy, but I hate weight lifting for some reason. You go boy!
