Belonging

From Blogfodder: The communities you belong to.

Well, probably the first community I belonged to was the VW New Beetle e-mail mailing list. Now in my 5th or 6th year, I don’t really post much, or even read many of the posts but I’m still a member.

The rest of the communities I belong to aren’t as easy to see. I think that by having a blog, I’m a member of a very large “blogging” community. I don’t contact many people in that community; mainly just friends with blogs from around where I live or people who’s sites I visit often.

I’m am a member of the Star Wars fan club and the Mini Cooper fan clubs. I’m also involved with two bible study groups, one meeting locally and the other in Greenville.

In any case, it’s good to belong!

I belong to the Kung Fu Hamster Training Corps.

Not to mention NEO (Nameless Evil Organization), as well.

I think it best if you keep your “hamster training” to yourself …
