QotD: CD Changer Picks

What’s in your CD player/changer in your car or at home?

My answer: The Animatrix Soundtrack, Red Roses Mix*, Evanescence’s Fallen, Hot Rod Swing Mix*, Blue Sky Mix*, and The Eagles’ Hotel California.

* – The mix cd’s are my own mixes. Red Roses is a mix I created and gave to all the girls in the bible study I attend. Hot Rod Swing Mix is a mix I created with some rockin’ swing tunes even before I started taking the class. Blue Sky Mix is a mix I created early in the spring after a long period of rain and included Electric Light Orchestra’s “Blue Sky”, the song the CD is named after.

I am currently splitting time between the Animatrix album, songs from the game “Amplitude” (for the PS2), and a collection of quirky music I assembled on another CD. The Basement Jaxx make everything better.

A short mix CD of Live and Marc Cohn, Queen’s Greatest Hits, and Anthrax “Sounds of White Noise”.

“The Phantom of the Opera” soundtrack is pretty sharp. I think my parents have it floating around their house somewhere.
